**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets by promoting veterinary products to veterinarians, distributors, and key stakeholders across Tamil Nadu.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate and close deals with a strategic, goal-oriented approach.
- Identify new market opportunities and execute expansion strategies.
- Provide technical insights and product support to veterinary professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and supply chain coordination.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
- **Frequent travel within Tamil Nadu** for client visits, sales meetings, and business development.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3+ years of experience** in veterinary sales or field sales supervision.
- Established **client base and strong industry connections in Tamil Nadu**.
- Proven **negotiation and deal-closing skills**.
- Strong ability to **build B2B partnerships and strategic relationships**.
- Excellent **communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills**.
- **Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently**.
- **Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
