Bengaluru, India RANGADORE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Full time

Coordinate between maintenance staff for various tasks, attends all the phone calls and redirects accordingly.
- Shall Manage daily / weekly and monthly agendas and arrange new meeting and appointments
- Create Develop and utilize maintenance plans, Asset list, PPM schedule, Break down report management etc.
- Shall keep maintenance logs of all Capital equipment such as HVAC systems, DG, Transformer, Lift, electrical systems, etc.
- Shall be responsible for all Engineering related, Generation of work order, Purchase order, GRN, Petty Purchase, Emergency purchase, Stores indent, etc.
- Shall be responsible of Maintenance of Critical spares and sub store Management,
- Ensure maintenance safety and quality control protocols are met
- Supervise repair work performed by third-party maintenance teams if so needed and validate the bills etc. in conjunction with the Maintenance executive
- Shall Communicate with various maintenance stakeholders in (and outside) the company
- Call in skilled technicians (electricians, mechanics, plumbers, etc.) for specific tasks in coordination with Maintenance executive. Coordinate between maintenance staff for various tasks, attends all the phone calls and redirects accordingly.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
