We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Temple Maintenance Supervisor. As the Temple Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our esteemed temple facility. Your primary objective will be to ensure the temple premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, and support as needed.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for the temple, including regular inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of the temple facility to identify and promptly address any maintenance issues.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of necessary supplies, equipment, and tools required for maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with temple administration to prioritize maintenance projects and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks when necessary.
- Monitor and manage the temple's energy usage and implement energy-saving initiatives where applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to facility maintenance.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
