**Job Summary**

We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep, repair, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment at our recycling facility. This position focuses on ensuring uninterrupted production while adhering to safety protocols and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of equipment.
- Schedule and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and address equipment needs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and generate periodic reports.
- Manage the maintenance budget effectively to control costs.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance skills and performance.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or recycling.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
