key Responsibilities:

- **Supervising and Leading**:Directing and guiding a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- **Developing and Implementing Maintenance Strategies**:Creating and enforcing maintenance schedules, procedures, and preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- **Coordinating Repairs and Inspections**:Overseeing all maintenance activities, including scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and routine inspections, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- **Managing Budgets and Resources**:Allocating resources, managing maintenance budgets, and controlling expenses related to maintenance operations.
- **Ensuring Compliance**:Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant compliance requirements.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Vendor and Contractor Management**:Coordinating with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services, ensuring they meet quality standards and adhere to safety protocols.
- **Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting**:Addressing complex maintenance issues, troubleshooting equipment failures, and implementing solutions to restore operations quickly.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identifying opportunities to improve maintenance processes, optimize equipment performance, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Expertise**:Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and other relevant engineering principles, as well as experience with maintenance management systems.
- **Leadership and Management Skills**:Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and manage performance.
- **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills**:Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex maintenance issues.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:Effective communication with team members, supervisors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,627.37 - ₹44,483.71 per month
