- **Supervision and Management**:Oversee nursing staff and other healthcare personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- **Patient Care**:Ensure proper documentation, delivery of care, and adherence to hospital policies.
- **Compliance**:Maintain awareness of and adherence to regulations, policies, and protocols (e.g., infection control, JCAHO standards).
- **Resource Management**:Monitor and manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance.
- **Coordination**:Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient care coordination.
- **Problem Solving**:Address patient concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide emotional support.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient care.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
