**Housekeeping Head**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, assigning daily tasks efficiently.
- Maintain property cleanliness, manage linen supply, and oversee inventory control.
- Implement and standardize housekeeping checklists and SOPs across all properties.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all properties meet 5-star hospitality standards.
- Coordinate deep cleaning schedules and routine maintenance.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold service excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Ability to implement and maintain high standards across multiple properties.
- Experience in handling housekeeping operations for large-scale luxury properties.

Scope of Work:

- Oversee housekeeping for up to 50 premium villas and ensure consistency in service quality.
- Standardize procedures across all properties to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
