Role: House Keeping Supervisor

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the hospital facility and infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:

- Assign housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed

standards of cleanliness are met
- Plan and schedule staff shifts and organizing replacements as required
- Investigate and address complaints regarding poor housekeeping service
- Provide training to the housekeeping staff on best practices
- Take regular inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed
- Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and

dismissals
- Perform various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages

Job Specifications:

- Qualification: High school diploma or Graduate
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in same role
- Technical Skills / Job related skills: working knowledge on house-keeping, dexterity

and strength to perform or monitor physical work, record management, working

knowledge on MS office
- Management Skills: Be a good team player, maintain good people relations,

organizing skills and time management
- Communication Skills: Empathetic communication towards staff, patients and others.

Good command on south Indian languages and English

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,481.87 per month
