Job Summary: The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the housekeeping department. They ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance of assigned areas. The supervisor manages a team of housekeeping staff, schedules work assignments, and ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeepers, and janitorial personnel.

Assign daily cleaning tasks and responsibilities to the housekeeping team, ensuring efficient and timely completion.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, proper maintenance, and adherence to standards.

Address and resolve guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, and coordinate with the procurement department for replenishment as needed.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,476.36 per month
