**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the workshop.
- Explain services offered, service charges, and workshop policies.
- Collect customer feedback and address complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- **Appointment Management**:
- Schedule service appointments and update records in the system.
- Confirm appointments and remind customers of upcoming services.
- Ensure efficient workflow by managing time slots and minimizing delays.
- **Service Coordination**:
- Liaise between customers and the technical team to communicate service needs.
- Update customers on service progress, estimated completion times, and any additional repairs or costs.
- Prepare and provide service invoices and ensure timely payments.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer details, service history, and transactions.
- Manage inventory of promotional materials, brochures, and office supplies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- **Sales and Promotions**:
- Promote workshop services, maintenance packages, and special offers.
- Upsell additional services or accessories to enhance customer experience.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Requirements**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or office management are a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler service industry.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- **Interpersonal Skills**:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
