We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Counselor to join our team. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively advising and guiding potential customers through our products/services. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Assess client needs and offer customized solutions that align with their requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services and stay updated on industry trends.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation for management review.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales in a skincare clinic or beauty salon
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of [industry/sector] trends and competitive landscape is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
