**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end **loan documentation** and **backend processing**.
- Verify and validate customer information and documents (KYC, income proof, etc.).
- Ensure all files are complete, compliant, and ready for disbursement.
- Work closely with the **sales and credit teams** to resolve queries and expedite approvals.
- Maintain accurate records and update the system with the latest information.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist in **cross-selling or upselling** additional financial products.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and share status updates with management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0- 1 years of experience in **loan processing, backend operations, or financial documentation**.
- Strong verbal and written **communication skills**.
- Good understanding of **KYC norms**, documentation standards, and basic financial terms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- A proactive and **target-oriented** approach with attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech industries.
- Knowledge of **Loan Origination Systems (LOS)** or related tools.
- Prior exposure to **customer coordination** and **sales support** functions.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹258,000.00 per year
