We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to manage the loan documentation process and coordinate with customers for missing or additional details. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to ensure smooth and accurate processing of loan files from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end loan documentation and backend processing.
  • Coordinate with customers via phone and email to collect required documents and details.
  • Verify and validate customer information and documents (KYC, income proof, etc.).
  • Ensure all files are complete, compliant, and ready for disbursement.
  • Work closely with the sales and credit teams to resolve queries and expedite approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the system with the latest information.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist in cross-selling or upselling additional financial products.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports and share status updates with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0– 1 years of experience in loan processing, backend operations, or financial documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of KYC norms, documentation standards, and basic financial terms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
  • A proactive and target-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech industries.
  • Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or related tools.
  • Prior exposure to customer coordination and sales support functions.
