Job description

(mandatory)

Have Experience in Plastic companies or FMCG.

Procurement

New Vendor Development, Sourcing, Procurement from domestic region.

All Vendor performance assessment.

Responsible for ordering of materials, supplies & follows up with all vendors to ensure the timely delivery. Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

Arranging and coordinating for quotations & samples from Companies for approvals.

Review quality of purchased products.

Coordinate with warehouse/user at the time of material receipt.

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Coordinate with stores (maintenance & consumable) for proper documentation and to ensure proper storage.

Checking of all vendor bills prior to release of Payments

Import/Export

Liaison with CHA on day-to-day basis.

Must coordinate with CHA/Customs for clearing and processing shipments and documenting the same

Checking of CHA, agencies bill prior to release of Payments.

Advance licenses and export incentive claim process with DGFT.

Responsible for all types of work related to DGFT and import/export.

Factory/Inventory

Audit of physical movement of material with documents from Compression to QC to Semi.

Audit of physical movement of defective material with documents.

Track daily factory output.

Help to check difference of RM consumption.

Help to inventory audit.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
