**Roles & Responsibilities**
- The Purchase Coordinator executes day-to-day procurement activities, coordinates with suppliers and departments, ensures accurate documentation, and supports the Purchase Manager in operational functions.

**Requirement Skills**
- Collect and consolidate purchase requirements from all departments.
- Update and manage daily requirement and purchase tracking sheets.
- Send RFQs to vendors and compare quotations based on price, quality, and delivery.
- Prepare and issue accurate POs based on approvals and vendor availability.
- Follow up on PO confirmations, deliveries, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with the store/QC team for incoming inspection and quality checks.
- Maintain organized records for RFQs, POs, invoices, and supplier communication.
- Prepare weekly/monthly procurement reports and vendor performance summaries.
- Support the Purchase Manager in negotiations and vendor onboarding.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of delivery or quality issues.

**Education Qualification**
- Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Engineering or a related field.

**Work Experiences**
- 1-2 years in Purchase

- Factory (SANAND)

**Job Type**
- Full-time Duty**:10:00 am to 6:30 pm**

**Week Off**
- Sunday (1 & 3 Saturday)

**Salary Structure**
- 25,000 to 30,000 CTC per month

**Age Limit**
- 23 to 35 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
