Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders along with store assistant

Maintain records of good ordered and received.

Check and verify the bills with purchase order and submit to the account department.

Keep record of delivered material in manually as well as in computer.

Keep a track of near expiry stock and process for early use or retune to vendor.

Coordinate with department stock updates -monthly and yearly stock update, closing stock

**Responsibilities**:
Perform general storekeeping and warehouse duties ;maintain accurate manual and computer records ; perform physical labor; understand and carry out oral and written instruction.

Co-ordinate with departments for their material requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
