**MINIMUM 4 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS SALES EXECUTIVE**
**Job Purpose**:
To drive sales growth in the Press Part Division by visiting customers, generating leads, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders and payments, and representing the company’s product offerings through effective presentations and commercial negotiations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Visits & Lead Generation**:
- Regularly visit existing and potential customers to generate business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Work towards and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts and reports as required.
- **Follow-up for Orders & Payments**:
- Follow up with customers for purchase orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Coordinate with customers to follow up and ensure timely payment collection.
- **Product Promotion & Presentation**:
- Promote Press Part Division products through technical presentations and product demos.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/solutions accordingly.
- **Commercial Negotiation & Coordination**:
- Coordinate with internal commercial and production teams for timely delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and other commercial aspects with customers.
- **Requirement Clarity & Documentation**:
- Gather detailed technical and commercial requirements from customers.
- Ensure clear documentation and communication of customer requirements to internal teams.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of press part products or engineering components (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field
- Experience: 4-5 years in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Customer Support in a manufacturing or engineering company (preferably in press parts or metal components)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
