Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the industrial sector, specifically targeting industries that utilize filters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in industrial products, preferably in filter manufacturing or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively and engage in complete outdoor sales activities.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
