Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create and execute social marketing campaigns regularly.
- Responding to the comments on social media on time.
- Adapting content to suit different channels Develop, launch, and manage new campaigns that promote the organization and brand.
- Undertake audience research Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using social media insights.
- Recommend improvements to increase performance Analyzing social media trends.
- Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.
- Overnight traveling might be required.
- Sunday will be working. (6 Days Working)

**Job Specification**
- Excellent Communication Skills Fluent English writing skills.
- Familiar with using social marketing Well-versed in using Canva or any editing. platform of their choice Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Solid knowledge of keyword research and social media analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required.
- Ability to write catchy content.
- Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
