**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, create, and manage content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand strategy.
- Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, captions, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality visual content.
- Monitor, track, and analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and content alignment.
- Assist in influencer collaborations, partnerships, and campaign execution.
- Optimize content based on insights and best practices to enhance reach and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut is a plus).
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in paid social media advertising is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
