Customer Operations Administrator

Kochi Kerala, India HILIGHT ROAD LINKS Full time

Coordinate with drivers to manage route disruptions, delays, or emergencies.
- Maintain up-to-date service logs, driver rosters, and incident reports.
- Ensure all night buses are dispatched and return safely and punctually.
- Report and escalate operational issues (such as mechanical failures, safety concerns, or low staffing) to the relevant departments.
- Assist passengers with lost property, service information, and accessibility requests.
- Provide clear communication regarding service changes, delays, or disruptions.
- Ensure a positive and supportive experience for all passengers traveling at night.
- Prepare nightly service reports, including ridership data and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, service performance, and customer interactions.
- Support fare collection reconciliation and report any discrepancies.
- Assist with scheduling and updating route information as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
