Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital administration, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage hospital staff, including medical and non-medical personnel, and ensure appropriate training and development.
- Develop and implement hospital policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
- Handle patient complaints, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate between various hospital departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operation of the hospital.
- Implement and monitor hospital performance metrics, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Work with medical professionals, hospital board members, and external stakeholders to improve patient care and hospital performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in **hospital administration** or as a hospital in-charge in a healthcare setting.
- **Age**: Preferably above 50 years.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- **Location**: Ernakulam.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
