Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Hospital Administration Trainer to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, preparing course materials, and mentoring students in hospital administration and management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom lectures and facilitate coursework in hospital administration

Prepare teaching materials, presentations, and learning activities

Share practical knowledge and insights from administration and management experience

Mentor students and provide guidance on projects and real-world applications

Maintain high standards of teaching and student engagement

Requirements

Qualification: Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree (Bachelor's preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Trainer in relevant field

Strong knowledge and experience in hospital administration, management, and healthcare operations

Certification in administration or management is an advantage

Language: English and Malayalam preferred

Teaching experience will be given preference
