**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging training sessions on hospital management, patient care services, healthcare operations, medical records management, and more.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and update training modules and materials based on industry trends and best practices.
- **Practical Case Studies**: Integrate real-life scenarios and problem-solving exercises into the training for better understanding.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Assess trainees through quizzes, projects, or assessments to track progress and ensure learning objectives are met.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay updated with the latest developments in hospital administration and incorporate them into the training content.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and placement teams to ensure program relevance and job readiness.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and career counseling to participants interested in healthcare management roles.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit performance reports on the trainees’ progress to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Master’s degree** in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- **2 years of experience** in hospital administration, healthcare operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, accreditation standards, and hospital operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
