**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Oversight**: Manage and streamline daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
- **Administrative Management**: Oversee administrative tasks including record-keeping, office supply management, and scheduling to support organizational needs.
- **Policy Implementation**: Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and coordination, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective operations.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure all operations comply with legal and ethical standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- **UAE Coordination**: Liaise and coordinate regularly with our UAE office to ensure alignment and efficient communication across regional operations.
- **Leadership & Direction**: Exhibit strong leadership skills to guide teams, enforce standards, and uphold accountability across functions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Age**: 30 to 35 years preferred.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in an operations or administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.
- **Leadership**: Proven leadership capabilities with a commanding presence to manage teams and processes effectively.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- **Regional Experience**: Experience coordinating with international teams, particularly in the UAE, is an added advantage.
