**Job description**

As an Operations Executive for an insurance broking company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient operations across various functional areas. You will support the operational activities of the company, including policy administration, underwriting coordination, claims processing, and compliance management. Your role will involve working closely with internal teams, insurance carriers, and clients to deliver high-quality services and optimize operational performance.
- **Claims Management**: Managing the claims process, including receiving and reviewing claims, liaising with clients and adjusters, and ensuring timely and accurate claim settlements.
- **Underwriting Support**: Assisting the underwriting team by gathering and analyzing data, assessing risks, and preparing underwriting reports.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards, and keeping abreast of changes in regulations affecting insurance operations.
- **Data Management**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of policies, claims, premiums, and other relevant data, and generating reports as needed.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying areas for process improvement, implementing best practices, and optimizing operational efficiency.
- **Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to foster positive partnerships and business growth.
- **Risk Assessment**: Assisting in risk assessment and management activities, including evaluating potential risks, recommending risk mitigation strategies, and monitoring risk exposure.
- **Technology Utilization**: Must use latest technology and insurance software systems to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and improve customer experience.
- **Reporting**: Preparing and presenting regular reports on key performance indicators, operational metrics, and business trends to management for informed decision-making.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
