Facility Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Facility Operations**:
- Supervise daily facility operations, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
- Monitor the condition of the facility and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
- **Vendor Management**:
- Oversee service providers for cleaning, security, maintenance, and other facility-related tasks.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure services are delivered as per agreements.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure the facility adheres to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.
- **Inventory and Asset Management**:
- Maintain inventory records of equipment, supplies, and assets.
- Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of essential supplies.
- **Budget Management**:
- Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget.
- Track expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Lead a team of facility staff, including maintenance workers, janitors, and security personnel.
- Provide training and ensure high performance standards are maintained.
- **Emergency Response**:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Act as the point of contact during facility emergencies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 1-4 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹9,229.25 - ₹25,000.00 per month
