We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Tender Specialist to join our team of Onix Enclaves Pvt Ltd. This role is ideal for a _**retired professional**_ from the oil & gas industry who possesses a deep understanding of tender processes and quotation preparation. You will play a crucial role in securing new projects by independently handling tender submissions and assisting our Directors in the acquisition of new work.

**Responsibilities**:
**Independent Tender Management**:

- Proactively identify and monitor relevant tenders on government and private sector websites.
- Independently manage the entire tender process, from initial review and document preparation to final submission.
- Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.

**Quotation Preparation**:

- Independently prepare detailed and accurate quotations, considering all technical and commercial aspects of the project.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of quotations and related documentation

**Director Support**:

- Assist Directors in the development of tender strategies and bid proposals.
- Provide expert advice on tender requirements, compliance, and best practices.
- Prepare presentations and reports for Directors on tender status and potential opportunities.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all tender and quotation activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all tender-related documents.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in tender procedures.

**Industry Knowledge**:

- Leverage your extensive experience in the oil & gas industry to understand technical specifications and project requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Retired professional with significant experience in the oil & gas industry like IOCL/BPCL/MECON/ONGC/EIL are preferred first.
- Proven track record of independently handling quotations and successfully submitting tenders on government and private sector websites.
- In-depth knowledge of tender processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
