**Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector**

**Location: Focal Point, Jalandhar**

**Total Job openings-7 for Different departments(Bead, Curing, Building,Calender,Bias cutter, Mixing, FGS)**

**Total Experience required-(2-3)years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspections of tire products at various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Perform tests and evaluations on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods across designated production areas (bead, calendar, bias cutter, mixing, curing, building).
- Identify and document defects or deviations from specifications, collaborating with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and improve quality control procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements related to tire quality and safety.
- Participate in audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with quality management systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control within the tire or automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
