Job Purpose:

To ensure the delivery of quality products by implementing and maintaining effective quality control systems, supervising the quality team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the Quality Control (QC) / Quality Assurance (QA) team on the production floor.
  • Develop and implement inspection plans, testing procedures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Investigate and resolve product quality issues and customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation including inspection reports, deviation reports, and corrective action logs.
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, and R&D departments to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Train and guide quality inspectors on standard procedures and quality tools.
  • Implement and monitor 5S, Kaizen, and other quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and participate in internal and external audits (ISO, GMP, etc.).
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for quality deviations.
  • Report key quality metrics (e.g., rejection rate, rework, customer complaints) to management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90, ₹100,000.00 per month
