**Experience:5-7 years as a quality incharge in Garments unit**
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the quality control process across cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing sections.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures in accordance with buyer specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor inline and final inspections to ensure product consistency and compliance.
- Identify defects and suggest corrective actions to production teams.
- Train production and QC staff on quality requirements and techniques.
- Prepare and maintain QC reports and documentation for audits and internal use.
- Coordinate with merchandisers, production teams, and buyers’ quality auditors during inspections.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards including AQL levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product and process quality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
