Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and coordinate manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.

2. Supervise and lead a team of factory staff, including production workers, supervisors, and quality control personnel.

3. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.

4. Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials and components for production.

5. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.

6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all factory employees.

7. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.

8. Collaborate with other departments, such as design, procurement, and logistics, to coordinate production activities and meet project requirements.

9. Identify training needs and provide guidance and support to staff to enhance their skills and productivity.

10. Prepare reports on production performance, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics, and present findings to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role, preferably in the interior design or furniture industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using computer software for production planning and inventory management.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Interior design: 1 year (preferred)
- Factory Incharge: 2 years (preferred)
