  • Check the material received from the supplier and maintain a list of it
  • Ensure materials are dispatched on time and safely
  • Manage the inventories of EIPL (Raw Material/Work in progress goods/consumables/machinery & tools/office assets and returnable.
  • Reconcile all materials on a periodic basis
  • Coordinate with procurement to issue materials on time
  • Coordinate with the transport vendors to ensure materials reach on time
  • Prepare necessary documents to dispatch the materials to project
  • Check the material received from the supplier and maintain a list of it
  • Follow documentation procedures regarding GRN, material indent, stock register etc
  • Ensure materials are dispatched on time and safely
  • Arrange labour for loading & unloading the materials
  • Maintain a list of non-moving materials and unusable materials
  • Ensure that the unusable and non-moving materials are returned to the factory or the relevant place
  • Intimate Factory for materials returned
  • Intimate the Purchase department for goods returned to vendors
  • Reconcile, declare all residual stock and follow standard liquidation process
