1.Programming and set up CNC & VMC to complete new product/different functions

2.Selection and Changing the tooling of the CNC & VMC machine

3.Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper.

4Adjust machine control, including part process

5Verify “first piece inspection” using appropriate measuring instruments

6Generally monitor the work being undertaken and completed, testing and taking agreed critical measurements to identify problems and the need for adjustment etc and to immediately make any adjustments as necessary

7.Post edit CNC programme to “fine tune” process for optimum performance

8.Undertake agreed CNC inspection

9Maintain accurate data/records/documentation associated with your work

10Carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract/requirements on services and associated systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
