QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCEDME / ITI with 5 years expierience in Editing existing Programming & Setting of CNC & VMC machine.

SKILLS REQUIREDPractical Experience of Setting and Prooving in CNC & VMC Machines for Alloy Steel

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Sound knowledge and practical experience in Setting & Proving of parts in CNC & VMC machine with existing program.

2Knoweldge on CNC & VMC machine Tool selection for different Alloy steel Material.

3Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper.

4Verify “first piece inspection” using appropriate measuring instruments

5Post edit CNC programme to “fine tune” process for optimum performance

6Production wise Machine maintenance to be followed.

7Carry out tasks within allotted time limits (Trip sheet Closing/NCR Action plan/Tool Breakage)

8Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and safety

9Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Line Incharge

10Contribute towards the smooth running of the team

11Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls

12Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures

14Responsible for Production plan vs Actual

15Responsible for eliminating losses to improve productivity.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
