
Client Services Coordinator

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Client Service Coordinator** to join our dynamic advertising agency team. This role is the key link between our clients and creative teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and overall project efficiency. If you’re organized, people-savvy, and have a knack for keeping things on track without missing a beat, we’d love to meet you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication and coordination.
- Assist the Account Manager in developing and managing timelines, briefs, and project scopes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, production, strategy) to ensure deliverables are on-brand and on time.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Track the progress of campaigns and projects, escalating any delays or issues as needed.
- Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded at every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist with preparing client presentations, reports, and status updates.
- Support billing, budget tracking, and administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account coordination, or project management (preferably in an ad agency or marketing firm).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a problem-solver.
- A collaborative attitude and a passion for advertising and creative work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
