**Job Title**: Customer Service Agent
**Location**: Work from Office(Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Shimla ,Solan)
**Type**: Full-time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage customer accounts, track and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries to maintain a high level of satisfaction and contribute to improving our NPS.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless communication.
- Identify, escalate, and follow up on complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Actively contribute to improving the customer service process, suggesting improvements based on customer feedback.
- Track and report on key customer satisfaction metrics, including NPS, to monitor performance.
**Requirements**:
- **More than 1 year of experience** in customer support.
- Fluency in both **Hindi and English** (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and patience.
- Demonstrated empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player in a collaborative work environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience using **Freshdesk** or other customer service tools is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to **learn new software quickly** and adapt to changing processes.
- Basic technical knowledge is a plus, as some customer inquiries may require troubleshooting.
