**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Assistance**:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in person, over the phone, or through digital channels.
- Address customer inquiries regarding account information, banking products, policies, and procedures.
- **Transaction Processing**:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
- Verify customer identities and ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cash drawer balances within specified limits.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments or escalate complex issues to higher authorities as necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Product Promotion**:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell banking products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Educate customers about the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of various banking products, such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and investment options.
- Participate in promotional activities or campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of banking products.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account information in the banking system.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, privacy policies, and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and banking technology advancements.
- Seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Participate in training programs or workshops to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and job performance.
