Performance Marketing Manager

*Location*: Panchkula and Zirakpur

*Experience*: 2-5 years

*Job Summary*

*Key Responsibilities*
- Plan, execute, and optimize *paid marketing campaigns* (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor performance metrics such as *CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPC, Conversion Rate*, etc., and optimize accordingly.
- Conduct *A/B testing* of creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and targeting.
- Work closely with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Create detailed *performance reports*, dashboards, and campaign summaries.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
- Manage *marketing budgets* and maximize returns on ad spend (ROAS).
- Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm updates, and tools in the performance marketing ecosystem.

*Requirements*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven work experience in *performance marketing* (2-5 years for Executive; 5+ years for Manager level).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tools.
- Experience with *e-commerce or lead generation campaigns* preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a command over Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of basic *landing page optimization* and CRO.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, etc., is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
