**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement brand strategies, campaigns, and promotions to increase store traffic and customer engagement.
- Oversee digital marketing (social media, website, SEO, paid ads).
- **Market Research & Customer Insights**:

- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies for different customer segments.
- **Campaign & Performance Management**:

- Manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and monitor performance metrics (KPIs).
- Track and optimize ROI for all marketing efforts.
- **Local Store Marketing (LSM)**:

- Support franchisees with local marketing initiatives and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate on in-store promotions and loyalty programs.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with Operations and Product teams for smooth execution of marketing strategies.
- Assist in new store openings with pre-launch marketing.
- **Public Relations & Brand Positioning**:

- Handle media relations, press releases, and influencer partnerships.
- Protect brand reputation during crises or negative publicity.
- **Innovation & Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and customer experience innovations.
- Foster a culture of learning and strategic improvement.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- **Experience**: 5-7 years in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role in the QSR or pizza industry.
- **Skills**: Strong digital marketing expertise, strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
