The **Digital Marketing Executive** will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing online marketing and sales strategies to generate qualified leads, convert prospects, and grow brand awareness across digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support sales efforts through lead generation, retargeting, and conversion strategies.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (traffic, leads, CTR, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and website content to increase visibility and conversions.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot to track and improve performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or online sales.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a strong understanding of digital consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)**:

- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- B2B or B2C digital marketing experience

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
