**Position: Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**: Create, curate, and manage daily content across our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Develop a social media calendar and keep our profiles visually consistent, engaging, and reflective of our brand values.
- **Instagram & Facebook Growth**: Develop strategies to grow our followers organically. Plan and execute Instagram reels, stories, and posts that showcase our work, highlight project details, and engage our target audience.
- **Advertising Campaigns**: Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Optimize campaigns to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
- **Content Creation & Curation**: Work with our team to produce high-quality visuals and video content that reflect our craftsmanship and expertise in interior work. Highlight our completed projects, client testimonials, and the unique features of our services.
- **Boosting & Engagement**: Boost posts effectively to reach new audiences and potential customers. Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community.
- **Performance Tracking & Analysis**: Use analytics tools to track campaign and social media performance, assess areas for improvement, and generate monthly reports for management.
- **SEO & Website Content**: Contribute to improving website SEO to drive organic traffic and enhance the online visibility of our services.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 6+ Months of experience in digital marketing, specifically in social media management, paid advertising, and content creation, preferably within the interior design or renovation industry.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, Instagram marketing, Google Ads, Canva, and other relevant digital tools. Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think outside the box and present our work in a compelling way to attract clients.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of what engages our target audience.
