**Job Overview**:
As a **BPO Process Trainer**, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for new and existing employees within a BPO environment. You will ensure that agents are well-equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to meet the performance standards of the client and organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct training sessions (both classroom and virtual) for new hires and existing employees, focusing on BPO processes, product knowledge, customer service skills, and performance standards.
- **Training Design**: Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, to ensure they are aligned with current business needs and process changes.
- **Process Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client processes, systems, and industry trends, ensuring that training content is always relevant and accurate.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Evaluate employee performance during training and provide feedback to ensure high levels of competency. Administer assessments and training evaluations to measure understanding and effectiveness.
- **Onboarding**: Oversee the induction process for new hires, ensuring that they receive a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and job-specific responsibilities.
- **Ongoing Development**: Organize refresher training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous learning programs for current employees to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- **Collaborative Support**: Work closely with team leaders, operations managers, and quality analysts to identify areas where additional training or support is required.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all training materials and sessions are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and feedback on the training program’s effectiveness, success, and areas for improvement to senior management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in training within a BPO environment, with a solid understanding of customer service, sales, or technical processes.
- **Educational Qualification**: A bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferably in Business, Communication, or related fields).
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- **Presentation Skills**: Ability to present training material in a clear and engaging way to different audience groups.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training gaps and suggest improvements.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**: A passion for customer service and a deep understanding of how to improve customer experience through agent performance.
- **Tools and Technologies**: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and other training-related tools.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels, from new recruits to senior management.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt training methods and content according to changing business needs and the diverse learning styles of employees.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
