Job Description: BPO Team Trainer

Location: Omega 1, Greater Noida

Experience: 2-3 years in BPO

**Salary**: 3 LPA

Job Shift: Rotational

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.

Develop and update training materials, modules, and content to align with current business needs.

Monitor and assess trainee performance, providing constructive feedback and creating development plans to address skill gaps.

Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement within the team.

Ensure that training programs adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to ensure continuous learning and improvement.

Track training progress and maintain records for future reference and reporting.

Organize and execute refresher training sessions for existing staff to enhance efficiency and performance.

Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages active participation and motivation.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in BPO, with at least 1 year in training or a similar role.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

In-depth knowledge of BPO operations and customer service processes.

Ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Patience and the ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles.
