**Job Description for Business Development Executives**:

- Conducts data research on prospects as defined by senior management. Screens business contacts to ensure they meet our requirements. Enters contacts into the database, along with any additional information that may be useful in contacting them.
- Calls influencer (people who could influence the decision to contract for our services) to find the correct people with whom our senior management should talk.
- Sets up appointments by following up with those people responsible for making client outsourcing decisions. Appointments should be made with senior management of the contacted companies.
- Documents carefully and completely all deliverable discussed in meetings and then publishes the minutes of the meetings.
- Tracks and ensures that client expectations are met after the meeting, making sure that letters, references, proposals etc. are sent to the client on a timely basis.
- Produces information -transcribing.
