Technohands Solution is hiring for telecaller/Marketing/BDE person to promote digital marketing and e-commerce services, qualify leads, and schedule consultations.Responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries or making outbound calls to promote Services, gather information, and resolve issues with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving set targets

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries

Provide product info, answer questions, and address objections

Qualify leads and schedule demos/appointments

Log calls and follow-ups in CRM

Meet daily/weekly targets
