Position: Student Counsellor Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and queries from prospective students.
- Provide detailed information on available courses, enrolment procedures, and fee structures.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but not yet enrolled.
- Identify and address the concerns of students who dropped off during the registration process.
- Resolve payment or enrolment-related issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Convert leads into successful enrolments through engaging and persuasive counselling.
- Conduct feedback and review calls to improve the student experience.
- Maintain updated records of all inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion statuses.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to counsel and build rapport with students.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Proactive and target-oriented mindset for lead conversion.
- Ability to multi-task and manage queries efficiently.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
