**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the **end-to-end recruitment cycle** — from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Handle **volume hiring and niche positions** effectively within defined targets.
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback loops efficiently.
- Roll out offers, handle negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly hiring metrics to achieve recruitment targets.
- Participate in **walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding activities**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field**.
- **2 to 4 years** of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- **Experience in consulting or RPO industry is mandatory.**:

- Must have **worked in a target-driven recruitment environment** and comfortable achieving hiring goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with **Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools**.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment reports.
- **Willingness to work 6 days a week** in a fast-paced setup.
