**Position Overview**:
As a Product Onboarding Executive at Wizad.ai, you will be a crucial link between our clients and our products. You will be pivotal in guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our products, and maximizing their value from day one. This role requires a strong understanding of our products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to tailor onboarding experiences to meet the unique needs of each client.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Client Engagement**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase.
- Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in Wizad.ai's product offerings.
**2.** **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Develop a deep understanding of Wizad.ai's products and their capabilities.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of features and functionalities.
- Customize training sessions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
**3.** **Onboarding Planning and Execution**:
- Collaborate with clients to create personalized onboarding plans based on their unique requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development and support, to ensure a coordinated and successful onboarding process.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding journey.
**4.** **Feedback Collection and Improvement**:
- Gather feedback from clients during and after the onboarding process.
- Communicate client insights and suggestions to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of onboarding resources and documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product onboarding best practices.
