We are seeking a Project Manager who will be part of the Customer Operations PMO responsible for the delivery of projects for SolarWinds' Support, Customer Success and Services groups within a global environment.

**Your Impact**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all project timelines and deliverables are met
- Engage with stakeholders to determine project scope
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations
- Accountable for project documentation including project plans, project charters, requirements specifications and test documents.
- Work closely with the implementation teams on the solution design and testing
- Coordinate stakeholder User Acceptance Testing
- Prepare training material and documentation of new processes
- Close project by working with stakeholders to ensure the expected benefits were delivered

**Position Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years project management experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong time management ability
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment across geographical boundaries
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a drive and commitment towards project delivery
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform project tasks effectively, while managing time and priorities
- Confident with preparing presentations, proposing solutions and driving decisions
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments

Desirable:

- Project Management qualification - PRINCE2 Foundation & Practioner, PMP
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, JIRA
